I would do an oil change, a top up of all fluids and quick tune up (filters, plugs, etc.) if necessary & time permits

You received a lot of very good answers. In addition to oil change, grease job, tires and tire pressure, check fluids and hoses and battery terminal; I would add, check your windshield wipers if you are going into stormy weather. Have a fun trip and be safe.

check tire pressures
oil, lube, and filter (oil and air)

check tire pressure, change oil if needed, add washer fluid.
