| he's right. the broadcast is only able to be received in the immediate vicinity of the theatre. many tourist information centers also do this, they'll broadcast a short description of their services from a low-power am or fm transmitter on an unused frequency. i've heard that some realtors also make use of this, by installing a low- power transmitter in the home for passersby to tune in, describing more about the property. a neat idea! ps::: inquire at the airport if it's possible to use an unused aviation frequency for your event. otherwise perhaps you could use a local amateur radio club ("hams") to help you out, they're usually more than willing to show their stuff! |

| they license a radio frequency at a low wattage so only those in a certain vicinity to the tower on top of the projection booth can tune it. It is usually really low on the dial and not used by any local stations. |
